Returns and cancellation policies.
We would manage returns of products by buyers and acceptance from sellers in accordance with our returns policy as may be amended from time to time.
You can initiate a return within 7 days if you received a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item.
All seals, tags and accessories are to be left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
We would accept returns solely on our discretion in accordance with our return policy and laws n the country.
For refunds in respect of returned products. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option. Our rules on refunds shall be exercised in our discretion, subject to applicable laws of the territory. We may offer refunds:
in respect of the product price;
local and/or international shipping fees (as stated on the refunds Page); and
by way of store credits, wallet refunds, vouchers, mobile money transfer, bank transfers or such other method as we may determine from time to time, for and on behalf of the seller.
